Based in Washington, D.C., Ms. Carroll is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Science. In business school she was named a Matherly Scholar, which is the highest honor a student at the Warrington College of Business can receive.
